The case for Alexander Falconi

Someone should make it, and he has, often, on camera and under oath. Each argument below is his, in his own words. Under each one is the file. This page is the site's commentary; everything quoted on it is cited and linked, and the reader can check both halves.

Argument 1: He only resolved a messy split.

A young father, a brief dispute, a resolution, and back to school. As told to a business interview show in 2019.

"About two years into college ... had a child, and then that ended up in a little bit of a messy split, and a child custody dispute came out. So eventually I did resolve that issue, and I went back to school."

"Interview Of Alexander Falconi," Profiles in Business, published by Our Nevada Judges June 5, 2019, at 0:44. The clip.

"Father has filed a motion every two months"; "his email is rude"; "each party ignores the Court Orders."

Minutes, No. FV08-03200, February 23, 2010 (NSC No. 57516, Record on Appeal Vol. 3, pp. 6-7) PDF: No. 57516, whole filing

"Father has violated NRCP 11(b)(2)."

Order, No. FV08-03200, January 2, 2013 (NSC No. 69341, Record on Appeal Vol. 8, pp. 143-145) PDF: No. 69341, pp. 143-146

"Mr. Falconi may not unilaterally alter this Court's Order ... Mr. Falconi's refusal to permit visitation was pretextual and inappropriate."

Order, No. FV08-03200, January 11, 2016 (NSC No. 69341, Record on Appeal Vol. 17, pp. 101-102) PDF: No. 69341, pp. 100-103

The resolution took from 2008 to 2016 and five trips to the Supreme Court (Nos. 57516, 64551, 69341, 73469 and 77848). Some people are slow resolvers.

Argument 2: He is not really attacking judges.

One ethics complaint in a whole career of using the court system. The opinions on his site are the Supreme Court's, not his. He said so, twice, in the same interview.

"I've used the court system a lot, and I've only once ever filed a judicial ethics complaint. So that's kind of a big thing. I'm not really attacking judges in general."

Same interview, at 5:23. The clip.

"There's not a whole lot they can do, because it's not my opinion, it's the Supreme Court's, and they know that."

Same interview, at 10:16

Mr. Falconi "was highly involved in an opponent's campaign against the undersigned"; "has created a website which contains false information about the undersigned judge's record ... Mr. Falconi refused to correct or remove the false information. Mr. Falconi's refusal to correct or remove false information from his website concerning my record informs my belief of his credibility."

Order of Recusal, Judge Chuck Weller, No. FV08-03200, filed July 8, 2014 (NSC No. 69341, Record on Appeal Vol. 12, p. 158) PDF: No. 69341, pp. 156-160

The judge who wrote that was the one hearing his custody case, about the website that carried that judge's profile. Not an attack. A profile.

Argument 3: He is a software engineer first.

Not a lawyer, he says, and he will not lie about it. An engineer who found a way to apply his degree to helping other parents.

"I'm not a lawyer, so I'm not gonna lie to you. I'm a software engineer first."

Same interview, at 6:23. The clip.

"The Court finds that Father has failed to demonstrate a good faith effort to find additional employment." ... "Father's explanations admit willful underemployment."

Order, No. FV08-03200, November 12, 2013 (NSC No. 69341, Record on Appeal Vol. 10, pp. 96-97) PDF: No. 69341, pp. 94-98

"Mr. Falconi is willfully underemployed for the purposes of avoiding court ordered support payments"; "it is evident that he is employable as a paralegal"; "he is not indigent."

Order Denying In Forma Pauperis, No. FV08-03200, January 13, 2014 (filed in NSC No. 64551) PDF: No. 64551, whole filing

The court agreed that he was employable. It named a different trade.

Argument 4: He keeps judges at arm's length.

Out of respect for their role, he does not get too close to them. Said on television in January 2024.

"When I do have contact with judges it's at arm's length. I mean, the Our Nevada Judges Corporation is a nonprofit organization separate from the courts, and out of respect for their role I don't get too close to them."

"Andrew & Alex: The Attack And District Security," Fox 5 New York, January 2024, as published by Our Nevada Judges January 5, 2024, at 2:47. The clip, and the photographs.

"the standing advisory committee on appellate disposition classification is reorganized to contain the following members: 1) District Court Judge Joe Hardy; and, 2) District Court Judge Tammy Riggs; and, 3) District Court Judge Anna Albertson; and, 4) District Court Judge Bita Yeager; and, 5) District Court Judge Kriston Hill."

Our Nevada Judges, Inc., Corporate Directive 2025-0012, November 27, 2025, signed "Alexander Falconi, Our Nevada Judges, Inc., Founding Director." The directives, as published.

Five sitting judges on his committee, appointed by his signature, deciding what counts as judicial error on the site that rates them. An arm is a flexible unit of length.

Argument 5: He stands with the victims of domestic violence.

He told the Assembly that family-court privacy is what lets abusers torture their exes in silence. He would know the subject.

"It is policies like this that enabled domestic violence perpetrators to psychologically torture their exes, who had no choice but to suffer in silence."

"SB432: Family Court Privacy, May 23, 2025," his testimony to the Assembly Committee on Judiciary, published by Our Nevada Judges, at 15:29. The clip.

form finding: "an act of domestic violence has occurred and/or you represent a credible threat"

Extended Order for Protection Against Domestic Violence, No. FV08-03338, October 10, 2008 (NSC No. 65289, Record on Appeal Vol. II, pp. 60-61) PDF: No. 65289, pp. 60-66

"he admitted that he had put his hands on her on one occasion."

Falconi v. Secretary of State, 129 Nev. Adv. Op. 28 (April 25, 2013), slip op. p. 3 PDF: No. 59554, whole filing

"never committed any acts of domestic violence"

His Opening Brief, No. CV09-03089 (NSC No. 56169, Record on Appeal Vol. 2, p. 67) PDF: No. 56169, pp. 66-68

The protection order was against him. The admission was his. The denials, four of them under oath, came afterward. The whole sequence.

Argument 6: His paperwork is careful.

Years of self-representation, thousands of pages, every certificate signed under penalty of perjury. A man who reads what he signs.

Certificates of service sworn under penalty of perjury stating he is "not a party to this action" in his own cases.

NSC No. 69341 (December 2015); NSC No. 65289 (March 2015); NSC No. 64331 (November 2013); NSC No. 73469 (June 2017). The certificates.

answering "None that are 'related to this appeal'" to the question on related prior proceedings in the Supreme Court

Docketing Statement, NSC No. 77848, January 22, 2019, item 6 (p. 3), beside his own list of four prior appeals in the same case. Both documents. PDF: No. 77848, whole filing

"Appellant was represented by retained counsel in the district court proceedings." ... "Appellant was not being represented by retained counsel in the district court proceedings."

Case Appeal Statements, NSC No. 69341, December 3, 2015, and NSC No. 73469, June 2017, for the same district court case. Both statements.

He was a party. There were four. He was, and was not, represented. Careful is a word with more than one meaning.

Argument 7: The website was a voter guide.

Sworn in 2014: a personal project to assist voters, with no personal opinion in it, just statistics. Sworn in 2022: a media entity that stays out of divorce cases. Every organization grows.

"the purpose of the aforementioned website was to assist the voters in the 2014 judicial elections and does not contain my personal opinion"

Affidavit of Alexander M. Falconi, filed July 17, 2014 (NSC No. 69341, Record on Appeal Vol. 12, filed May 31, 2016, pp. 175-176) PDF: No. 69341, pp. 174-183

"Our Nevada Judges is currently covering several custody matters."

Declaration of Alexander Falconi dated June 23, 2022, paragraph 9 (NSC No. 84947, Petition filed June 29, 2022, pp. 31-32) PDF: No. 84947, whole filing

"As of 8/2/2022 the organization known as Our Nevada Judges does not currently have, and has never had, a business license with the City of Henderson."

Letter of the City of Henderson Business License Compliance Agent, August 2, 2022 (NSC No. 84947, Exhibit 1 to the Opposition of August 8, 2022, pp. 11-12) PDF: No. 84947, pp. 1, 2, 11, 12

Voters do not usually need to watch a stranger's custody hearing to choose a judge. The organization covers them anyway, from a house without a business license. What he swore the organization was, by year.
